Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, Monterey Jack, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the corn, green onions, and jalapeño (if using).
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Garnish with extra green onions before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.
