Description

Lemon Lush Dessert is a layered no-bake treat featuring a buttery pecan crust, creamy cheesecake layer, tangy lemon pudding, and fluffy whipped topping. It’s a refreshing and elegant dessert perfect for spring and summer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, mix flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Bake the crust for 15–18 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together lemon pudding mixes and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with the remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled. Garnish with lemon zest or slices if desired.
