- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, mix flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 15–18 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together lemon pudding mixes and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Slice and serve chilled. Garnish with lemon zest or slices if desired.
