Ingredients
-
1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8-count), icing reserved
-
2 large eggs
-
1/4 cup milk
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
-
1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
-
Optional toppings: maple syrup, powdered sugar, fresh berries
Instructions
-
Cut the cinnamon rolls: Separate the rolls and cut each one into 6–8 bite-sized pieces.
-
Make the custard: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
-
Dip the bites: Toss the cinnamon roll pieces in the egg mixture until well coated.
-
Cook: Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the bites in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Warm the reserved icing slightly (10–15 seconds in the microwave) and drizzle it over the bites. Top with maple syrup, powdered sugar, or berries if you like. Serve warm!
Notes
-
These are best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer or oven.
-
Add chopped pecans or a cream cheese drizzle for an extra treat.
-
Great for dipping into icing, syrup, or a cinnamon glaze!
