- 1 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Dough Preparation: In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until smooth. Gradually stir in remaining flour until a soft dough forms.
- Kneading and Rising: Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until elastic. Transfer to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Filling and Shaping: Roll the dough into a rectangle. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle over dough with raisins. Roll dough tightly into a log and place in a loaf pan.
- Final Rise and Baking: Let dough rise until puffy, then brush with melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
