Instructions
- Brew Coffee: Brew your espresso or a strong coffee using your preferred method such as an espresso machine, coffee maker, or French press. Pour the freshly brewed hot coffee into a mug to provide depth and richness.
- Steam and Froth Milk: Warm the unsweetened almond milk until steaming hot, about 150°F (65°C), avoiding scalding to preserve flavor. Froth the milk using a milk frother. If unavailable, heat the milk in the microwave for 1 minute and then froth using a handheld frother or steam wand to create a hot, velvety, and creamy foam.
- Add Cinnamon Dolce Syrup: Stir 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 ml) of homemade cinnamon dolce syrup into the brewed coffee. Adjust the amount to your preferred sweetness.
- Combine Milk and Coffee: Gently pour the steamed and frothed almond milk into the coffee and syrup mixture, holding back some foam. Use a spoon to swirl the milk smoothly into the coffee to create a creamy texture.
- Garnish and Serve: Optionally add a dollop of whipped cream on top and sprinkle with ground cinnamon for enhanced flavor and presentation. Serve immediately.
