- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Add the whole milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Add the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips to the mixture. Stir gently.
- Cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent the chocolate from sticking to the bottom.
- Once the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Serve hot in mugs and top with whipped cream, marshmallows, or other desired garnishes.
