Description

This Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap is a fresh and filling twist on the classic Caesar salad. Juicy chicken breast, crisp romaine, crunchy croutons, and parmesan are tossed in creamy Caesar dressing, then wrapped up in a soft tortilla. It’s perfect for meal prep, quick lunches, or on-the-go dinners – satisfying, simple, and always a hit!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped (grilled, rotisserie, or leftover)

  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/4 cup grated or shaved parmesan cheese

  • 1/3 cup croutons, crushed slightly

  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: squeeze of lemon juice

  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps (whole wheat or low-carb optional)

Instructions

  • Prep the filling:
In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, romaine, Caesar dressing, parmesan, croutons, and black pepper. Toss until everything is well coated. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for a fresh pop, if desired.

  • Warm the wraps:
Microwave tortillas for 10–15 seconds to make them more pliable.

  • Assemble the wraps:
Divide the salad mixture between the two tortillas. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.

  • Optional – toast it:
For extra flavor and texture, lightly toast the wrap in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.

  • Serve:
Slice in half and serve immediately. Great with extra dressing or fresh fruit on the side.

Notes

Want more crunch? Add sliced cucumbers or chopped celery.

Swap Caesar for ranch or Greek yogurt dressing for a lighter version.

Make it vegetarian by using crispy tofu or chickpeas instead of chicken.
