- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, divided
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: chopped peanuts or sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in 1/4 tsp salt and half the vanilla extract.
- Pour chocolate layer into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Chill in the fridge while preparing the peanut butter layer.
- In another microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter chips with the remaining sweetened condensed milk. Microwave and stir until smooth. Add remaining vanilla extract.
- Pour peanut butter layer over the chilled chocolate layer and spread evenly.
- Top with chopped peanuts or a sprinkle of sea salt if desired. Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Remove fudge from pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares.

- For best texture, let fudge set fully before cutting.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Double the recipe for a 9×13-inch pan.
