Description

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is a rich, creamy, no-bake treat made with layers of smooth chocolate and peanut butter. This indulgent dessert is perfect for holidays, gifting, or satisfying a sweet tooth any time of year.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: chopped peanuts or sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in 1/4 tsp salt and half the vanilla extract.
  3. Pour chocolate layer into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Chill in the fridge while preparing the peanut butter layer.
  4. In another microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter chips with the remaining sweetened condensed milk. Microwave and stir until smooth. Add remaining vanilla extract.
  5. Pour peanut butter layer over the chilled chocolate layer and spread evenly.
  6. Top with chopped peanuts or a sprinkle of sea salt if desired. Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Remove fudge from pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

  • For best texture, let fudge set fully before cutting.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Double the recipe for a 9×13-inch pan.
  • Swap peanut butter chips with creamy peanut butter for a softer texture.
