Chocolate Mixture
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Nuts and Fruits
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- ½ cup chopped walnuts

- â…“ cup raisins
- â…“ cup chopped dried apricots
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Melt Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together using a microwave in 30-second intervals or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Add Flavorings: Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt into the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
- Combine Nuts and Fruits: Add the chopped almonds, walnuts, dried cranberries, raisins, apricots, and seeds to the melted chocolate. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly coated with chocolate.
- Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Set Bars: Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and gently press down with a spatula to compact the mixture.
- Chill: Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours or until the bars are firm and set.
- Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the mixture out using the parchment paper, cut into 12 bars, and serve.
