Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Let rest, then slice.
- While chicken cooks, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain well.
- Return noodles to the pot, add butter, and toss until melted and noodles are coated.
- Plate buttered noodles and top with sliced chicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired, and serve warm.
