- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix sausage, cheddar cheese, Bisquick mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
