- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions
- Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of two tall glasses.
- Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream into each glass.
- Pour 1 cup of chilled apple cider over the ice cream in each glass.
- Top with whipped cream if desired, and drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or garnish with a cinnamon stick for a festive touch. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
