- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil to the bowl with the zoodles.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
- Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
