Description
These Big Mac Wraps take everything you love about the classic fast food burger—savory ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, pickles, and that special sauce—and wrap it all up in a soft tortilla. It’s a fun, easy, and satisfying meal that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.
Ingredients
For the Wraps:
-
1 lb ground beef
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1/2 tsp onion powder
-
4 large flour tortillas (8-10 inches)
-
1 cup shredded lettuce
-
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
-
1/4 cup diced pickles
-
1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
For the Special Sauce:
-
1/3 cup mayonnaise
-
1 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tbsp yellow mustard
-
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp white vinegar (optional for extra tang)
Instructions
-
Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed and set aside. -
Make the special sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and vinegar (if using). Stir until smooth and creamy. -
Assemble the wraps:
Lay out each tortilla. Spread a spoonful of special sauce in the center, then layer with cooked beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onions. -
Wrap and heat:
Roll up like a burrito—fold in the sides and roll tightly. For best results, toast each wrap seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp. -
Serve:
Slice in half and serve with extra sauce or your favorite dipping sides like fries or salad.
Notes
-
Use ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter option.
-
Add tomato slices or jalapeños for a twist.
-
Great for meal prep—just keep the lettuce separate until serving to avoid sogginess.
