Description

These Big Mac Wraps take everything you love about the classic fast food burger—savory ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, pickles, and that special sauce—and wrap it all up in a soft tortilla. It’s a fun, easy, and satisfying meal that’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients

For the Wraps:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 4 large flour tortillas (8-10 inches)

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

  • 1/4 cup diced pickles

  • 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)

For the Special Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp white vinegar (optional for extra tang)

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed and set aside.

  2. Make the special sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and vinegar (if using). Stir until smooth and creamy.

  3. Assemble the wraps:
Lay out each tortilla. Spread a spoonful of special sauce in the center, then layer with cooked beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onions.

  4. Wrap and heat:
Roll up like a burrito—fold in the sides and roll tightly. For best results, toast each wrap seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

  5. Serve:
Slice in half and serve with extra sauce or your favorite dipping sides like fries or salad.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter option.

  • Add tomato slices or jalapeños for a twist.

  • Great for meal prep—just keep the lettuce separate until serving to avoid sogginess.
