Brownie Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Bake: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Spread it evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool & Serve: Allow the brownies to cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or enjoy as is!
Notes
- For fudgier brownies, slightly underbake and remove from oven when a few moist crumbs remain on the toothpick.
- You can substitute the butter with coconut oil for a dairy-free version.
- Add chopped nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture and flavor.
- Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
