- 1/2 cup salami, sliced or chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, mozzarella, salami, and red onion.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the salad and toss well to coat all ingredients evenly.
