- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Kefta: In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well combined. Shape the mixture into small kebabs around skewers.
