- 1 lb chicken breast or rotisserie chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 slices smoked Gouda or cheddar cheese
- 4 leaves romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup crispy tortilla strips (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Chop or shred chicken and toss with BBQ sauce in the skillet.
- Lay out tortillas and layer each with cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, bacon, BBQ chicken, ranch dressing, and tortilla strips.
- Fold and roll each wrap tightly.
- Optional: toast in skillet or panini press for melty, crispy wraps.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
