Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast or rotisserie chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 slices smoked Gouda or cheddar cheese
  • 4 leaves romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup crispy tortilla strips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Chop or shred chicken and toss with BBQ sauce in the skillet.
  4. Lay out tortillas and layer each with cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, bacon, BBQ chicken, ranch dressing, and tortilla strips.
  5. Fold and roll each wrap tightly.
  6. Optional: toast in skillet or panini press for melty, crispy wraps.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
