Description

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Taquitos:

  • 1012 small flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
