- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp McCormick’s hamburger seasoning
Sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey mustard dressing
- 2 Tbsp thick teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce
Instructions
- Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey mustard dressing, teriyaki sauce, and hot sauce until fully combined. Set aside for later use.
- Mix Meat and Seasoning: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the hamburger seasoning and half of the prepared sauce. Use your hands or a wooden spoon to mix everything thoroughly, ensuring the flavors are evenly distributed.
- Form Patties: Divide the meat mixture into three equal portions and gently shape each portion into a burger patty, taking care not to overwork the meat for tender burgers.
- Cook Burgers: Grill the patties, cook them on the stovetop in a skillet, or broil in the oven according to your preference, until they reach your desired level of doneness (approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium).
- Brush with Sauce: Just before removing the burgers from heat, brush the remaining half of the sauce mixture onto the patties to add extra flavor and a glossy finish.
