Description

These Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft, chewy, and completely vegan and gluten-free. Naturally sweetened and made with wholesome ingredients, they’re perfect for a guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 12 small balls. Flatten slightly with your fingers.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
  • You can substitute maple syrup with agave or another liquid sweetener.
  • For extra texture, add chopped nuts or shredded coconut.
