Ingredients
Scale
- 4 mahi mahi fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 lemon, zest and juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat mahi mahi fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Brush both sides of each fillet with the oil-spice mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375 °F (190 °C) for 3 minutes.
- Place fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin‑side down if applicable.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145 °F and flakes easily.
- Carefully remove fillets and garnish with fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon juice.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed.
- Cooking time may vary slightly depending on fillet thickness.
- You can swap garlic powder with minced garlic for fresh flavor.
- Serve with steamed veggies, rice, or a light salad.
