- 1 large zucchini, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, water, and chili garlic sauce. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sliced zucchini and cook for 4–5 minutes until the zucchini starts to brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
